Job Description
- Lead and manage property management operations across multiple LIHTC properties to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all LIHTC program regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize property performance and maximize occupancy rates.
- Provide leadership and support to property management teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Oversee budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics for all assigned properties.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor and improve resident satisfaction by ensuring quality housing and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
