Title: Veterinary Receptionist (CSR) (Part-Time)

Location: Hartland Animal Hospital, Hartland, Wisconsin

Join our dedicated team at Hartland Animal Hospital in Hartland, WI, where we are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to pets in our community. At Hartland Animal Hospital, we prioritize excellent medical care and outstanding client communication.

Prior experience of 1 year in a Veterinary or customer service role is preferred, but not required! We will train the right candidate.

As a Veterinary Receptionist at Hartland Animal Hospital, you will:

Welcome clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries.

Process payments, manage billing, and maintain accurate client records.

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth client communication and patient care.

Assist with administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Qualifications:

Prior experience of 1 year in a Veterinary role is preferred but not required.

Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Must be available Saturday as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Pay: $16 - $20/hr, depending on experience
