What You'll Be Responsible For
As our Plumbing Service Manager, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day operations of our residential service department while ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience every time.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing technicians
Drive department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Manage scheduling, dispatch coordination, and daily operations
Conduct ride‑alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Monitor KPIs, revenue goals, and technician performance
Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Identify opportunities for service, repair, and maintenance growth
Foster a positive, accountable, and high‑performance culture
Collaborate with office staff to maximize efficiency and customer experience
What It Takes to Succeed
Required
2+ years of service management, supervisory, or leadership experience
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred
5+ years of residential plumbing experience
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software
Proven ability to improve team performance and drive revenue growth
