Meet Botanical Property Management
Botanical Property Management is a growing St. Louis-based property management company focused on managing single-family homes, multifamily properties, and investment real estate for owners who want professional, proactive, and performance-driven management.
We are building a company that combines strong property management fundamentals with better systems, better communication, better technology, and better owner results.
Our sister company, Invest St. Louis, is a leading local investment real estate brokerage in St. Louis. Together, Botanical Property Management and Invest St. Louis serve real estate investors through property management, leasing, sales, acquisitions, renovations, and long-term portfolio strategy.
We are not looking for someone who just wants a job. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a company that is building a scalable, high-performing real estate platform.
Property Management Team Vision
We are building a property management company that operates with speed, accountability, communication, and ownership.
The right Property Manager will be able to manage properties, tenants, vendors, owners, leasing, maintenance coordination, renewals, inspections, and administrative follow-up without needing constant supervision.
This role is for someone who can take responsibility, solve problems, communicate clearly, and use systems to stay organized.
As the company grows, there will be opportunities for increased income, leadership, sales opportunities, leasing income, project management income, and potential brokerage income through Invest St. Louis.

You struggle with follow-up or letting details fall through the cracks.
