Location: Complete Care at Glendale West, Glendale, WI
Position: Full & Part-Time Openings on 2nd and 3rd Shifts!

CNA Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Skillfully and compassionately assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving/assisting with meals, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
- Environment: Proactively maintain clean, safe, and organized living conditions for all residents.
- Documentation: Complete all reports and records in a timely and accurate manner, documenting observations and any changes in resident condition.
- Compliance: Perform all duties in strict accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Team Support: Enthusiastically perform all other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
Qualifications & Benefits:
Required Qualifications:
- License: Must have an Active WI CNA Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Compliance: Meet all state healthcare worker background check requirements.
Skills:
- Ability to work independently or as a collaborative team player.
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
