Location: Complete Care at Glendale West, Glendale, WI

Position: Full & Part-Time Openings on 2nd and 3rd Shifts!

CNA Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Skillfully and compassionately assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving/assisting with meals, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
  • Environment: Proactively maintain clean, safe, and organized living conditions for all residents.
  • Documentation: Complete all reports and records in a timely and accurate manner, documenting observations and any changes in resident condition.
  • Compliance: Perform all duties in strict accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Team Support: Enthusiastically perform all other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator.

Qualifications & Benefits:

Required Qualifications:

  • License: Must have an Active WI CNA Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Compliance: Meet all state healthcare worker background check requirements.

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently or as a collaborative team player.
  • Basic computer knowledge for documentation.
  • Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
