Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the register or POS system.
• Welcome and assist customers, proactively addressing their needs to provide a high-quality experience.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in strict accordance with brand standards.
• Prepare and present food items following the specific requirements and standards of the location.
• Balance the cash drawer, document all transactions, and complete bank deposits correctly.
• Strictly adhere to all Aramark cash handling policies and financial procedures.
• Set up and break down the coffee bar and workstations, ensuring everything is clean and organized.
• Maintain a hygienic workspace by regularly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment.
• Monitor and restock beverage coolers, grab-and-go snacks, utensils, and condiments.
• Follow all health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation to maintain high sanitation standards.
• Remain flexible and willing to perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Qualifications:

• It is beneficial to have worked in customer service in the past.
• Experience in handling cash in the past is desired.
• Though it is beneficial, prior barista experience is not obligatory.
• It is essential to have a grasp of basic math principles and counting techniques.
• Ability to operate autonomously with minimal intervention.
• Essential skills include English reading proficiency, effective communication, and recipe compliance.
• Obtaining the Food Handling Certification is a prerequisite that cannot be overlooked.
• Adherence to the specified dress standards is a must.
• Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
• Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) might be necessary.
