At Amazing Care Home Health, we believe exceptional patient care starts with empowered clinicians. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate RN Clinical Supervisor to lead, support, and elevate our Skilled Nursing team in the Aurora area.

Compensation

Salary: Approximately $97,000+ (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

What You’ll Do

As an RN Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll guide your team, manage clinical operations, and serve as a trusted resource for both staff and patients.

Oversee patient care across the full continuum: admissions, recertifications, routine visits, transfers, and discharge planning

Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, training, and support to field clinicians

Collaborate closely with case managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

Balance administrative oversight with hands-on clinical support, including occasional patient visits

Help drive quality, compliance, and best practices (including OASIS accuracy)

Adapt to a dynamic environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
