We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for new business through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales channels
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ insurance needs, offering customized solutions aligned with industry regulations and standards
  • Negotiate policy terms, coverage options, and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Maintain detailed sales administration records, including quotes, proposals, and policy documentation
  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to facilitate seamless policy issuance and renewals
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Stay current on industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product offerings to advise clients accurately
  • Support marketing initiatives aimed at expanding our client base and strengthening brand presence

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance industry or related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Solid understanding of commercial insurance products such as property casualty, health insurance, and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements (including HIPAA where applicable)
  • Analysis skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate coverage options
  • Proficiency in sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking client interactions and follow-ups
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote services and generate leads
