dynamic team and play a critical role in our growth.

Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm

leads in order to schedule appointments for TOP producing Realtor. This is a crucial role that

requires discipline, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to meeting daily activity

targets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by setting the

stage for successful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being able to follow a proven sales script and system.
  • Successfully make 50 to 100 outbound calls to warm leads in our company

database.

  • Qualify Leads: Conduct initial screening of prospects to determine their real estate

needs, motivation, and timeline.

  • Appointment Setting: Successfully set and confirm qualified listing or buyer

appointments for the Company Owner

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience is REQUIRED
  • Must enjoy working in fast paced, outbound calling, sales / telemarketing system
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and persuasive telephone demeanor.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed daily/weekly

targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Must be reliable and committed to the required part-time evening schedule.
  • Must have reliable transportation

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus generous bonus structure for making successful calls, setting

appointments and hitting sales goals
