Primary Job Duties:

• Efficiently handle payment processing using a register/POS system, including cash and credit card transactions.
• Acknowledge and support customers, foreseeing their wants to ensure a favorable experience.
• Operate according to the brand's standards when producing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Fulfill the requirements of the establishment by preparing and presenting food items according to their standards.
• Organize and oversee the cash drawer's funds, complete the cashier slip, and manage deposit tasks.
• Uphold the cash handling policies and procedures specified by Aramark.
• Arrange and take down coffee bar, specific zones, or shop to uphold cleanliness and structured organization.
• Ensure that the workspace is sanitary and organized through frequent cleaning and disinfection of equipment.
• Keep beverage refrigerators, on-the-go snacks, serving essentials, and sauces fully stocked.
• Comply with health and safety measures when preparing food and beverages to prevent contamination and promote cleanliness.
• Fulfill responsibilities as instructed by higher authorities.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service roles is highly valued.
• Previous experience in cash management or handling financial transactions is preferred.
• A background in barista work is an asset, though not required for the position.
• Essential proficiency in basic mathematics and accurate counting.
• Proven ability to work effectively and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to read and follow specific recipes in English.
• Must be able to obtain the required Food Handling Certification to meet industry standards.
• Willingness to strictly adhere to the company’s professional dress code and appearance guidelines.
