Key Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy for K–8 students, ensuring all services meet their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Manage a caseload of 18 students, providing a total of 2,700 service minutes per quarter
- Utilize a variety of techniques and evidence-based interventions to support students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress with regular data collection and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain compliance with school and district policies as well as state and federal regulations
