We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Driver to join our team in Montgomery, AL, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials between warehouse facilities, distribution centers, and customer locations. You will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport warehouse goods and materials to designated locations

Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize fuel consumption

Load, unload, and secure cargo according to safety protocols and company standards

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and report them promptly

Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating vehicles

Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management regarding delivery status and any delays

Organize and arrange cargo in the vehicle to maximize space and prevent damage during transport

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior

Assist with inventory management and warehouse operations as needed

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one (preferred, depending on vehicle type)

Proven experience operating various types of vehicles and equipment

Proficiency in time management and route planning

Strong organizational and detail-oriented skill set

Knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling procedures

Ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly (up to 50 pounds)

Familiarity with warehouse management systems and GPS navigation tools (preferred)

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to safety protocols and accident-free driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
