Business Process Automation Specialist

We’re looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy  Process Automation & Optimization Specialist  to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a solid technical background who is eager to help streamline our systems, manage technical tools, and support our internal teams with their technology needs.

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments (for example, Sales/Customer Support, etc.)

Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions

Handle technical requests in internal chats, including resolving issues related to tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Stripe, and similar platforms

Research tools, workflows, and technical solutions to support business needs

Design and introduce new processes that improve operational efficiency
