Armed Security Guard

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Cleveland, Ohio. Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security threats.
• Implement security procedures and protocols to protect assets and personnel.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular surveillance through CCTV systems.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in training security staff on security best practices.

Qualifications:

• 20-hour OPOTA Certificate for Armed Security.
• Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and surveillance techniques.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills are essential.
• Ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.

We are currently hiring for Armed security officers to work the following schedules:

Various schedules on 2nd & 3rd shift
