Recruiter - Ontario Licensed

To support a growing recruitment team, the full-time Recruiter - Ontario Licensed will manage full life cycle recruiting for various positions, attract and screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Conduct full life cycle recruiting for direct hire and temp-to-hire roles across multiple industries Attract, source, and screen candidates using various tools and platforms Coordinate interviews and manage candidate submissions while supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or professional capacity Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required Ability to develop collaborative relationships with candidates and hiring leaders Strong time management and prioritization skills Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team connections
