Groundskeeper (Full Time Seasonal)

Our Groundskeepers are essential team members who maintain the overall curb appeal of our apartment communities. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents while providing excellent customer service. Assist with seasonal property needs like snow removal and leaf clearance.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Customer Service

Respond to resident needs promptly and professionally.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

Minimum of one year of previous experience as a Groundskeeper or similar function preferred.

Ability to speak and understand English.

General computer knowledge.

Knowledge of and ability to use grounds tools and equipment.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
