We're looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and team-oriented Line Cooks who take pride in their craft and enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen where quality, creativity, and teamwork matter.

What You'll Do:
As a Line Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food throughout our restaurants, member events, golf tournaments, and special occasions. You'll:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and presentation standards
Maintain your station with proper prep, organization, and daily inventory
Execute lunch, dinner, banquet, and special event service with consistency and attention to detail
Assist with preparing meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, soups, sauces, and other menu components
Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards are met on every plate
Work alongside our Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to deliver memorable dining experiences
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, slicers, mixers, and food processors
Support banquet and event production for weddings, member functions, tournaments, and club events
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of kitchen experience or culinary training preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality food
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

Physical Requirements:
This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in a busy kitchen environment throughout your shift. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work safely around commercial kitchen equipment.
