Job Summary for Retail Sales Manager:

Starbucks is looking for dynamic, purpose-driven Retail Sales Managers to lead and inspire teams, grow successful businesses, and create meaningful connections in their communities. As a Store Manager, you'll bring the Starbucks Experience to life, leading store operations, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service all while developing yourself and others as future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the daily store operations with a focus on providing customers with a seamless and superior experience.
  • Guide a company to multi-million-dollar achievements by excelling in financial management, overcoming challenges, and strategic planning.
  • Assume the responsibility of leading and fostering a team of associates (employees) to excel in their job performance, engagement, and career advancement.
  • Take on the responsibility of being a brand ambassador, developing an inclusive and inviting environment for partners and customers.
  • Encourage active involvement and a positive influence by connecting the store with the local community.

Qualifications:

  • Possessing a minimum of three years of retail or customer service management experience, or having served for four or more years in the U.S. military
  • A High School diploma or GED is a compulsory prerequisite
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and successful team-building skills
  • Competent in interpersonal communication, task management, and puzzle-solving capabilities
  • Hands-on experience in a commerce-centric or entrepreneurial setting
  • Having the aptitude to adjust to working hours that span early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
