Pediatric Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA)

A busy pediatric practice in Greensboro, NC is seeking a motivated, energetic, and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing outstanding patient care.

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to consider strong candidates who are eager to learn and grow within a pediatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physician evaluations and examinations
• Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and other clinical information
• Assist physicians with examinations, treatments, and procedures
• Follow physician orders and clinical protocols
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
• Support physicians and clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Assisting required
• Current CMA (AAMA) certification or RMA certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Some evening and weekend hours may be required
