Perfect for those who aim to:

Plan and execute CRM campaigns across Casino and Sportsbook verticals (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.);

Manage promotional calendars including bonus campaigns, free bets, tournaments, gamification mechanics, and seasonal offers;

Support full player lifecycle activities (acquisition activation, retention, reactivation);

Build and maintain advanced customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data (casino activity, betting behavior, deposit patterns);

Design and execute A/B tests to optimize engagement, conversion, and retention metrics;

Monitor daily campaign performance and conduct regular auditing of CRM activities;

Track and analyze key CRM KPIs (GGR impact, retention, ARPU, engagement metrics);

Generate reports and provide actionable insights to improve CRM performance across both verticals;

Process and prioritize requests from internal stakeholders;

Collaborate closely with Product teams during new GEO launches and feature rollouts;

Formulate requirements for CRM enhancements and refine existing processes;

Work hands-on with CRM automation tools (Optimove, Smartico , Customer.io or similar);

Take ownership of CRM processes and combine hands-on execution with future leadership scope, as the CRM team is currently being built, with a planned grade review to Lead level.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

3+ years of hands-on CRM experience in the iGaming industry (Casino and Sportsbook);

Strong understanding of bonus mechanics, free bet logic, player lifecycle funnels, and engagement strategies;

Proven experience in segmentation and personalized communication strategies;

Practical experience with CRM automation platforms (Optimove, Smartico , Customer.io or similar);

Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets;

Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) — confident spoken and written communication for day-to-day collaboration in an international environment.
