Referral Responder ( Paramedic or Respiratory Therapy)

The Referral Responder supports the mission, goals, and strategic plan of LifeLink Foundation, Inc. (“LifeLink”) by serving as a primary clinical referral management professional responsible for timely evaluation, coordination, and progression of potential organ and tissue donor referrals within the service area. The Referral Responder is a skilled professional responsible for receiving and responding to donor referrals, conducting medical record review, gathering and documenting clinical and prognostic information, and coordinating referral activity with hospital teams to ensure every potential donor is evaluated consistently and promptly. The Referral Responder ensures that all activities align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and performance standards.
