Family Resource Partner

Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate, relationship‑focused Child First Family Resource Partner (FRP) to join our dedicated team based in Winterville, NC. This role will support Leland, NC, but also looking for someone that is willing to travel to Columbus, Bladen and Robeson County area. In this full‑time role, you’ll work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary Child First team to help stabilize families, build resilience, and connect caregivers to critical resources — empowering them to create healthier, stronger futures for their children.
