Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent at Revolve Philly Group however part time is possible if you know how to work part time like its full time. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for contacting leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and managing real property transactions. Your role however to be successful forever will be to generate leads. I will teach you ways to do this that are easy and unlike any of the traditional real estate methods but you need to take it and do it. It works! This role is based in Philadelphia, PA, with business taking place in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs

Qualifications

  • Real Estate License or immediate desire to obtain it and Sales skills
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Knowledge of Real Estate transactions and Real Property or the desire to learn it
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus but definitely not required
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to be successful not just sell a few homes
  • Be able to act as a business owner
  • Have good communication skills, be likable, and the ability to network to build your business
  • Must have a car
