Concierge

As the first point of contact at the community for our customers through telephone or in-person interactions, this position provides exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner. This position is responsible for graciously greeting community visitors, addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families, and providing support to sales and marketing and the business office. Pays attention to details and uses creativity to create positive experiences with current and prospective residents by managing the lobby experience for all visitors.
