Job Description:

In your role as a Starbucks barista, you will be tasked with creating the distinctive Starbucks Experience by delivering excellent service and skillfully preparing a range of products. Basic Qualifications:

• Experience is not a prerequisite
• Uphold a standard of regular attendance and punctuality, regardless of accommodations

• Follow store guidelines and standards, such as providing quality drinks and food items, handling cash transactions, and ensuring store safety and security, irrespective of the need for accommodations
• Connect with and grasp clients, including uncovering and reacting to customer demands through concise and friendly correspondence
• Generate food and drinks based on standard or personalized instructions
• Undertake numerous duties within the store while on shift
• Proficiency in rapidly adapting to new learning requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills
