What You'll Do
- Show apartments to qualified rental clients throughout NYC.
- Work with company-provided leads—no cold calling or prospecting required.
- Guide clients through the rental process from first showing to signed lease.
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and referral partners.
- Maintain excellent communication and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage your schedule while receiving administrative and marketing support from our team.
- Represent Rent Own Sell with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (Required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn a high income.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout NYC for showings.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Weekend and evening availability is a plus.
