NOLA Management Group is hiring a Residential Sales Representative to represent the AT&T brand and work directly with residential customers throughout the New Orleans area. This is a face-to-face sales position where you'll introduce customers to AT&T wireless and internet solutions, recommend services based on their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process. As a Residential Sales Representative, you'll become a trusted resource for customers looking to improve their home connectivity. Every Residential Sales Representative plays an important role in growing the AT&T brand by delivering knowledgeable recommendations, creating positive experiences for customers, and helping drive sales results. Through ongoing coaching and mentorship, you'll continue developing your sales, communication, and leadership skills while representing an industry-leading brand.

Residential Sales Representative Responsibilities

  • Meet directly with residential customers to present AT&T wireless and internet services and explain available solutions.
  • Learn about each customer's communication needs and recommend products that provide the best value for their household.
  • Guide customers through the complete sales, enrollment, and account activation process while ensuring all required information is accurate.
  • Represent the AT&T brand professionally during every customer interaction while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through responsive communication, follow-up, and exceptional service.
  • Generate new business through face-to-face residential outreach while promoting the value of the AT&T brand.
  • Maintain organized customer records, sales documentation, and account information while following all company and client compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow Residential Sales Representatives and leadership to strengthen sales performance, share best practices, and support continued brand growth.

Residential Sales Representative Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or another people-focused environment is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable communicating with new customers and building rapport quickly.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a desire to grow professionally.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and using digital sales tools.
  • Reliable transportation to commute to our Metairie office and travel within assigned residential territories as a Residential Sales Representative.
  • Passion for representing a respected brand while delivering exceptional service to customers.
