Your Role:
As a CNA, you will play a vital role by assisting licensed care staff in providing both clinical and technical support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Helping residents with activities of daily living
- Performing light housekeeping tasks
- Assisting with dining and tray services
- Providing escort services
- Measuring vital signs and weights
- Engaging in quality assessment and performance improvement activities
- Notifying the care team of any changes in resident conditions
Qualifications:
- Current state certification is required
- Experience is essential; prior experience with geriatric clients is preferred
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
- Current CPR/AED certifications are a must
- Current First Aid certification is required (or willingness to obtain)
- Food handlers certification and Certified Medication Aide certification where applicable
- Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn
