This is a high-impact, Salesforce-centered Technology Product Owner role. The TPO is a seasoned technology leader responsible for shaping product vision, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving the delivery of high-impact digital products. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring products are aligned with customer needs, technical feasibility, and organizational objectives.

Operating within an Agile environment, the Technical Product Owner partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions that drive measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

Shape and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

Partner with Product and Platform Managers to define product value propositions, success metrics, and go-to-market messaging

Assess innovation opportunities and lead experimentation to solve complex business and technical challenges

Backlog & Delivery Ownership

Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Balance business value, technical feasibility, delivery efficiency, and cost optimization when prioritizing work

Act as the “voice of the customer” to ensure solutions deliver the right outcomes

Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives

Work with Lead Engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Direct collaboration across Engineering, UX, Analytics, Security, Compliance, and User Enablement teams

Synchronize with other product and platform teams to manage cross-squad dependencies and shared deliverables

Engage with third-party vendors and partners to support the delivery of team objectives

Agile Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Establish and maintain Agile ways of working, policies, and best practices

Monitor and report on team performance, sprint metrics, and user outcomes

Drive continuous improvement across the entire product lifecycle

Coach and mentor junior team members on product, Agile, and delivery practices

Governance, Reporting & Documentation

Ensure products meet security, privacy, regulatory, and compliance standards

Own and maintain product documentation, technical reports, and internal artifacts

Drive analytics and reporting to provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes

Plan and support team resourcing efforts

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field

7+ years of relevant experience in Healthcare and/or Life Sciences, or highly regulated industry environments

Experience with an in-depth working knowledge of Salesforce

Experience translating needs into Salesforce-enabled solutions

Experience working with an enterprise platform such as the Cvent event planning application and Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly Campaign functionality

Product & Domain Expertise

Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into product vision and delivery plans

Strong knowledge of Agile product development, user story writing, and backlog management

Experience managing product releases, sprint metrics, and Agile ceremonies

Deep understanding of business processes and high-quality digital product delivery

Experience developing systems that enable customer interaction and collaboration
