Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Explain repair and replacement options in a way customers understand
• Present professional solutions with confidence
• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
• Assist with drain cleaning, water heaters, water treatment systems, fixtures, and other residential service calls
• Complete clean, quality work without cutting corners
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Work with the office and field team to provide a great customer experience
• Represent Gulfview Plumbing & Water Treatment with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable communicating with homeowners
• Ability to present repair and replacement options professionally
• Proven ability to produce and close work in a residential service setting
• Clean, organized, quality-focused workmanship
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, honest, and team-oriented
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be 21+ due to insurance requirements
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must be able to work in residential service plumbing environments
• Must be able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
