What You’ll Bring to Spectrum:
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Schedule: Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Language: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ months in customer service; 6+ months with computers and software applications; experience in cable operations or a telecom call center is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
- Skills: Strong communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and customer service abilities.
- Abilities: Dependable, courteous, enthusiastic, empathetic, driven for results, professional, and resilient.

The base salary for this position typically ranges from $20.00 to $27.80. Actual compensation will be carefully considered based on individual qualifications and experience. We adhere to local wage minimums and certain roles may also qualify for incentive-based compensation, including bonuses.
