About the Role:

100 Black Men of America Inc. is looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization in Atlanta, GA. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven nonprofit while building your administrative career in a dynamic and purpose-filled environment. General Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors, members, and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to staff including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with coordination of events, programs, and organizational initiatives
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Passion for community service and nonprofit work is a plus
