Paid Training | $24–$30/hour | In-Home ABA Services | Colorado

We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism across Colorado and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in client homes

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Support skill development in communication, behavior, play, and daily living

Collect accurate session data and document client progress

Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and the clinical team

Maintain a consistent and reliable therapy schedule

Participate in training, feedback, and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, paraprofessional work, psychology, healthcare, camp counseling, or related experience is a plus)

Compassionate, patient, dependable, and eager to learn

Comfortable working in home-based settings with families

Strong communication and time management skills

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to travel locally to client homes throughout Colorado

After-school and/or weekend availability preferred

RBT Candidates Required / Encouraged

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required or must be actively pursuing certification upon hire

Paid training and onboarding provided

Support available toward RBT certification

RBT certification must be obtained within the required onboarding timeline in accordance with Colorado Medicaid and payer requirements

Ongoing supervision and clinical guidance from experienced BCBAs

Compensation & Benefits

$24–$30/hour, based on experience and credentials
