What You'll Do

As a key member of our installation team, you’ll work on a variety of exciting, custom projects, including:

• Exterior building and monument signs
• Interior wayfinding and ADA signage
• Wall and window graphics
• Custom sign installations of all types

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in carpentry, general construction, or a related trade. Leadership or management experience is a plus
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and a positive, can-do attitude
• Professionalism: Commitment to quality, safety, and excellence
• Technical Proficiency: Strong general construction skills; experience operating boom/crane trucks and electrical knowledge is a major plus

Key Responsibilities

• Install: Perform high-quality installations of interior and exterior signage
• Operate: Safely run heavy equipment such as bucket trucks and cranes
