Executive Briefing Center Coordinator - MUST HAVE BRIEFING EXPERIENCE

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in customer experience, events, marketing, sales support, or similar roles
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence working with senior executives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
  • Ability to build strong relationships across teams and leadership levels

Job Description

An Insight Global technology client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Coordinator to support executive-level customer engagements. This role is responsible for planning and executing seamless, high-quality briefing experiences at our Mountain View headquarters and Atlanta office. You will play a critical role in supporting strategic customer relationships by ensuring every engagement is well-coordinated, professional, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Briefing Manager to understand customer goals and briefing requirements
  • Host and manage executive briefings with confidence and professionalism
  • Coordinate all logistics, including:
  • Catering
  • Room set up
  • Audio/visual setup
  • Interpretation services
  • External vendors
  • Manage speaker directory in Briefing Edge (Saas briefing management tool)
  • Track engagement outcomes and support post-briefing follow-up and reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Facilities teams

Support broader executive events and customer advocacy programs, may include occasional travel
