Currently our client, a Japanese eyewear brand, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

【Position】 Customer Service Specialist.

【Location】Santa Clara CA

【Compensation】$43,000-$54,000

【Schedule】MONDAY - SATURDAY: 10:00am - 9:00pm / SUNDAY: 11:00am - 8:00pm

(Shift-based schedule, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive in-store experience
• Provide eyewear recommendations, fittings, and basic adjustments
• Communicate brand values and product knowledge to customers
• Process transactions and place orders using POS systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
• Support inventory management and backstock organization
• Work closely with the team to deliver fast, accurate, and high-quality service
• Professionally handle customer inquiries and concerns

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
• Long-term work experience at one company is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to stand and move throughout the shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
