Position Overview
As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with personal care, daily activities, companionship, and household support while building meaningful relationships and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, client-focused care based on individual needs and preferences
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Prepare meals and light snacks
- Provide medication reminders and support as directed
- Offer companionship, conversation, and engaging activities
- Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and household tasks
- Communicate any changes or concerns to the care team or supervisor
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout shifts
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in the caregiving field
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
