Joining a dynamic team, the full-time Insurance Customer Service Representative will assist members with inquiries related to AAA memberships, providing personalized solutions and recommendations while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions about AAA memberships Deliver proactive solutions and recommend products and services to enhance member experience Engage with members effectively while navigating multiple systems and tools in a fast-paced environment Required qualifications: Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center High school diploma or GED Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems in real time Must reside within 80 miles of San Antonio, TX Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
