Role Description The Warehouse Team Member role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jackson, WI. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving incoming shipments, unloading trucks, verifying and organizing inventory, and packing orders accurately for customers. The role involves preparing products for shipping, operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. Warehouse Team Members work closely with colleagues to meet productivity goals, follow safety procedures, and ensure orders supporting community programs are fulfilled on time.
Qualifications
- Experience with core warehouse operations, including Shipping & Receiving and Packing.
- Ability to safely perform material handling tasks such as Unloading, order building and shipping prep.
- Forklift and Reach Truck Operation skills or willingness to obtain forklift certification, following company and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in order fulfillment, and SOLID basic math and reading skills for labels and documentation.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and products as required, and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Prior warehouse or distribution experience is helpful but not always required; on-the-job training may be provided.
