Project Manager / Operations Manager

Overview

We are looking for a motivated leader with strong operational and project management experience within the industrial service sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage field operations, oversee project execution, and support business growth while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.

Required Experience:

• Torquing & Tensioning
• Pipe Cutting
• Field Machining
• Line Isolation
• Weld Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily project and operational activities for the Tulsa office
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and scheduling to meet project demands
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and operational growth initiatives
• Drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across field teams

Qualifications:

• Prior leadership experience in industrial or mechanical service environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate employees in field operations
• Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
