Spanish-Speaking Property Management Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Spanish-Speaking Property Management Virtual Assistant to support the daily operations of our residential rental portfolio. This is a fully remote contractor position supporting a U.S.-based property management business.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience coordinating tenants, vendors, maintenance requests, rent tracking, and lease administration. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while working independently during U.S.-aligned business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property listings across rental platforms, including updating pricing, availability, photos, and descriptions.

Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and coordinate property showings.

Process rental applications and assist with tenant screening and lease preparation.

Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and onboarding documentation.

Track rent payments, send payment reminders, and maintain accurate financial records.

Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants and vendors and monitor repairs through completion.

Track lease renewals, notices, and important property deadlines.

Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, email, and property management platforms.

Coordinate utility setup, transfers, and account updates during tenant transitions.

Assist with rental market research and pricing recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).

Previous experience in residential property management.

Experience communicating directly with tenants and vendors.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Available to work U.S.-aligned business hours.

Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
