Now Hiring – Reliable Property Maintenance Handyman
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Handyman to service residential apartment buildings throughout the Milwaukee area.
If you have experience maintaining rental properties and take pride in quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
- Unclogging toilets and drains
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Drywall patching and painting
- Electrical fixture replacement (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
- Unit turnovers
- Lock changes
- Appliance installation and minor repairs
- General maintenance and repair work
- Diagnosing maintenance issues and completing repairs efficiently
- Preparing apartments for new tenants
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or apartment maintenance experience
- Reliable transportation
- Own basic tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently
