We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from start to finish for one of our clients. They are a leading plumbing company in the Cleveland area.
Responsibilities
- Handle all preconstruction steps, such as submittals, coordination and site visit.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
- Coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage all job impacts, RFIs, Change Orders.
- Attend all job PM meetings.
Review plans/specs and ensure code compliance.
- Track costs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Coordinate all project close out steps, such as final punch-list items, coordinate demobilization, Warranty letters, Operation Manuals and AS-Builds.
Qualifications
- Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience.
$70,000 - $85,000 a year
