Base Salary + Commission + Bonus

Nova Insure is seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, servicing clients, and helping individuals and businesses find the right insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal and commercial insurance products.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Quote, bind, and service insurance policies.
• Review clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Follow up on leads and renewal opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Insurance experience preferred but not required.
