Speech-Language Pathologist Position - School Basednear Guadalupe, AZ

Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a position at a school district near Guadalupe. This opportunity is available immediately and will continue Year Round. The selected SLP will work fulltime, providing essential speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students based on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and state standards
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' communication skills and develop personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other pertinent records
• Adapt therapy techniques and interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across grade levels

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Arizona SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a diverse student population
• Specifics regarding caseload will be discussed during the interview process
