Job Responsibilities

Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored therapeutic plans to help them reach their personal goals

Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive skills, and daily activities

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide holistic and comprehensive patient care

Educate Patients and Families: Share valuable knowledge with patients and caregivers about therapy techniques to promote continual progress at home

Track Progress and Results: Monitor clinical success and modify treatment approaches as necessary, guaranteeing ongoing patient improvement

Educational Background

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Support for continuing education and advanced certifications is provided

Required Certifications

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory

Required Skills

A genuine passion for supporting others in achieving their maximum level of independence

Effective and compassionate communication with both patients and fellow team members

Creative problem-solving abilities to customize treatment plans to meet diverse patient needs
