Physical Therapist

Join our outpatient physical therapy team that works within an integrated healthcare model. Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) is a non-profit organization providing primary medical and dental care to people of all ages including pediatrics, family medicine, and OB care. We serve the needs of county residents who may face barriers to health care. CHC offers Medical, Walk-in, Dental, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Nutrition, community outreach, and Pharmacy, as well as financial assistance programs to alleviate financial burden on patients. CHC utilizes a collaborative electronic medical record system for direct communication and collaboration between providers and physical therapists.
