We’re hiring Registered Respiratory Therapist across multiple care areas. We have roles that require NICU experience and others that do not, with Full‑Time Nights, Days, Part‑Time, and Weekend‑Only schedules available.

Eligible candidates may receive up to a $15,000 sign‑on bonus.

About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist II, you’ll provide advanced respiratory care for patients with a wide range of needs—from routine therapy to complex, multi‑system conditions. You’ll work with a high‑performing clinical team and use your expertise to support critical care, patient education, and evidence‑based practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and determine appropriate therapy
  • Administer aerosolized medications, bronchial hygiene, oxygen and medical gas therapy
  • Manage ventilators, including protocol‑driven adjustments, weaning, and waveform interpretation
  • Perform airway management (intubation, extubation, trach care and changes)
  • Obtain and analyze arterial blood gases
  • Support invasive and non‑invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics (location‑dependent)
  • Educate patients, families, and mentor new staff or students
  • Ensure accurate documentation, safety practices, and adherence to quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CoARC or CAAHEP)
  • Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred
  • At least 6+ months experience in critical care
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Required Licensure & Certifications

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • State licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (Instructor/Provisional accepted)

  • Full‑Time Nights (NICU‑required and non‑NICU roles)
  • Day
  • Part‑Time
  • Weekend‑Only
