WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Meet with prospective clients to assess their coverage needs
- Guide families through health, life, and Medicare options in plain English
- Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and renewals
- Manage your own schedule and grow your own book of business
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship from top producers
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Performance-based compensation with a realistic Year 1 range of $50,000–$120,000+, with top producers regularly exceeding that

REQUIREMENTS
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Coachable, self-motivated, and community-oriented
- Unlicensed candidates welcome to apply. Health & Life insurance license preferred.
- Prior sales experience a plus, not a requirement
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
