Health Insurance Sales Agent – Remote | The Hypo Group

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Meet with prospective clients to assess their coverage needs
  • Guide families through health, life, and Medicare options in plain English
  • Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and renewals
  • Manage your own schedule and grow your own book of business
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship from top producers

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Performance-based compensation with a realistic Year 1 range of $50,000–$120,000+, with top producers regularly exceeding that

REQUIREMENTS

  • 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and community-oriented
  • Unlicensed candidates welcome to apply. Health & Life insurance license preferred.
  • Prior sales experience a plus, not a requirement

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
