Job description:
American Nurses Medicare Certified Home Health Agency is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home health services throughout North Orlando and Seminole County, including:
- Altamonte Springs
- Longwood
- Lake Mary
- Sanford
- Oviedo
- Chuluota

Responsibilities
- Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments
- Manage patients from admission through discharge
- Perform skilled nursing visits
- Wound care and wound assessments
- IV therapy and infusion management
- Medication management and patient education
- Chronic disease management
- Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required)
- Home Health experience preferred
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome to apply.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
